Residents living in a quiet area of Sandbach watched as the North West Air Ambulance Service landed on a farm in Ettiley Heath.

The familiar yellow helicopter landed at Yeowood Farm at the back of the Church on Ettiley Heath in Elton Road yesterday. (Tuesday)

Jayne Bunn, who runs the farm with husband Tom, was out at the time but the helicopter was spotted by other residents.

One said a person had been taken ill at Rookery Court but there was a land ambulance at the scene.

Sandbach Nub News has contacted North West Air Ambulance Service for more information.
