Appeal for witnesses after driver of car sustains serious injuries in Crewe Green accident

Police have appealed for witnesses after a motorist sustained serious injuries in a collision between a car and a bus.

At 12.37 pm on Monday 12 February police were called to reports of a collision on Crewe Green Roundabout.

Officers attended and found there had been a collision between a car and a bus.

The driver of the car sustained serious injuries and was taken to Leighton Hospital. The driver of the bus was uninjured.

The B5077 is currently closed while officers deal with the incident.

Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing and anyone with any information or video footage is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML 1755268.
