Appeal for witnesses and footage following collision on M6

Police are appealing for any witnesses or those with footage to come forward following a serious collision on the M6.
At around 4.30pm on yesterday ( Thursday 10 April, police were called to reports of a collision on M6 southbound between junction 19 and 20.
The collision involved one vehicle, a blue Sabaru Outback, which had left the carriageway onto the grass verge.
The driver, a 63-year-old man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The passenger, a 63-year-old woman, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
As part of their enquiries into what happened during the incident, police would like to speak to any witnesses who have not already spoken to officers, plus anyone with any footage.
Inspector Bradley Hughes said: "As we carry out our investigation into this incident we would like to ask anyone who saw what happened to get in touch with us.
"The same goes for anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident.
