Requirements of a Care Assistant:

Junior electrical project manager
We are seeking a Junior Electrical Project Manager in Holmes Chapel to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion on behalf of our client.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and a relevant Electrical qualification. This role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role:
. Delivering palletised parcel to sub-depots and collection units when not shunting
. Driver will be required to unload and load the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck when doing collections and deliveries.
Perform shunting of trailers within the yard to ensure efficient operations.
Safely maneuver vehicles in tight and busy spaces.
Conduct pre and post operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Coordinate with the yard and dispatch teams to maintain seamless workflow.
Report any defects or issues promptly to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate records of shunting activities and vehicle movements.
Assist with other yard duties as needed.

Internal sales person needed for our Smallwood-based based client to join their Commercial Team.
Main Purpose of Job:
The main purpose of the Commercial team Internal Sales role is to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively introducing the company's products and services.
This role involves managing customer quotations and orders, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to profit margins. Additionally, the position requires handling supply chain challenges, optimising Bills of Materials (BOM), and providing exceptional support to both the Commercial and External Sales Teams.
The role also entails managing customer order books, negotiating with suppliers, and addressing any supply or quality issues to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. Contribute to the company's sales growth while achieving both organisational and personal sales targets.
Main Tasks of Job:
- Develop rapport and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Proactively introduce the company's products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Prioritise and manage daily workload, addressing urgent tasks and issues promptly.
- Handle customer quotations and orders via email and telephone, ensuring profit margins are within guidelines, and accurately input data into the KBS system.
- Perform kit costings, optimise Bills of Materials (BOM), and manage additional customer-related tasks.
