Football club celebrates after two volunteers win prestigious awards for their work

Two volunteers at Sandbach United Football Club have won awards from Cheshire FA for their work.

Club stalwart, Mick Hoole and Holly Diamond were both shortlisted for a Cheshire FA Grassroots Football award 2025.

Both won their respective categories. Mick won coach of the year (disability pathway) while Holly won young volunteer of the year. Congratuations Mick and Holly!
