The building in Sandbach High Street which used to house a card shop has gone on the rental market with Hydes estates.

Long-established business, Sandbach Cards, closed its doors for the final time at the end of November and now the building is up for rent at £1,166 per calendar month.

Hyde Estates says here the ground floor retail unit is on an established parade of shops fronting Market Street in Sandbach with an internal area of around is 40.97m2 (441sqft).

The listing says: "Situated in a mock Tudor building on an established parade of shops fronting Market Street in the heart of the historic market town of Sandbach.

"The glazed shop front allows access to a 46' retail area, offering suspended ceilings with inset lighting, store room /office and WC, suitable for a range of uses (subject to planning)."

The listing says the building is for rent at £14,000 per annum exclusive.
