The Jubilee Class No 45596 Bahamas sped through on its way south before stopping at Crewe station just before 5.30 pm on its way to Rugby.

Earlier in the day it has sped through Stockport station as our sister site, Stockport Nub News revealed here

The 45596 Bahamas was built in 1934 in Glasgow, designed by William Stanier. It was withdrawn from the rail network in 1966.
