Holmes Chapel rowing siblings, Tom and Emily Ford, have raced to victory at the Paris Olympics.

Tom Ford, part of Team GB's men's eight boats, won gold in yesterday's finals at the Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium in the French capital.

Sibling Emily, part of Team GB's women's eight boats, won bronze in the finals, adding to the growing medal haul in the Ford household.

The rowing superstars' parents, Paul and Christine Ford and other members of the family, were there to cheer Tom and Emily on.

Sandbach Nub News has an exclusive interview with Paul and Christine Ford out on our site at 5 pm today (Sunday).
