Chance to see Sandbach's world famous Foden's band before they head off for contest

World famous national champions Foden's Band from Sandbach will be travelling to the North East this weekend to compete in the country's leading brass band entertainment contest.

And band lovers have a chance to hear them rehearsing for free in an open rehearsal at Sandbach School's theatre in Crewe Road on Friday (November 19th) evening.

The open rehearsal starts at 7.30 pm and the award-winning band will showcasing their programme. Entry is free and all are welcome.

Sandbach Nub News told last month here how Foden's were crowned 2021 National Champions at the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.

Held at the Royal Albert Hall in London the contest featured the top 19 brass bands from around the UK.
