Sandbach's very own Foden's Band and Sandbach School Big Band delighted the audience at a sell-out Party in the Park on Saturday night.

Organisers, Sandbach Town Council ,had to turn away a few people who turned up hoping to buy tickets on the gate at Sandbach Park.

A packed audience listened to a variety music with Sandbach School Big Band playing "Sweet Caroline" as their encore and world-famous Foden's Band delighting the audience with a full list of music.

The audience took chars and picnic rugs and many danced the night away to a fun-packed concert which saw a grand finale of fireworks at 10.15pm

Foden's Band, based in Sandbach , were crowned the North West Area champions for the 24th time last year and are renowned for their concerts, often playing with legendary singer, Matt Ford.

Well done to Sandbach Town Council who organised last night's concert and plans are already in the pipeline to make it even bigger and better next year.
