Homecare Assistant

Requirements of a Care Assistant:
· Be available for shifts of 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, and every other weekend.
· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle because you will be visiting clients in their own home.
· Have a genuine passion to want to help others
· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
Right at Home South & Mid Cheshire covers the following areas: Sandbach, Alsager, Kidsgrove, Congleton, Middlewich, Crewe, Nantwich, Shavington, Wrenbury, Willaston, Wistaston, Northwich and Winsford.
Candidates should be living within a ten mile radius of any of the above mentioned areas in order to apply for the role.

Project manager - construction
Project Manager needed a construction client based in Sandbach with travel with a £80,000 annual salary.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the customers satisfaction.
Scope
Primarily working in the Bespoke division on projects or elements of projects that aren t in our core product range. In most cases the work will be subcontracted out to approved partners.
Team Structure
Project Manager Reports to: Operations Manager
Areas of Responsibility
Planning
- Agree how the project should be divided up and staged, to best suit the customers programme requirements while ensuring maximum efficiency of site visits and minimum project WIP.
- Ensure all subjob status and target dates are accurate for workload and cashflow pipeline reporting.
- Monitoring Subcontractor workloads and ensuring work is distributed to minimise risk.
- Monitor and manage site progress and ensure non-conformances are captured and followed through on.
Commercial
- Work with the Quantity Surveyor to explore ways to maximise the commerical success of the project.
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyor in closing out final accounts
- Support the QS on mid-stage project profit reviews and provide forecasted costs to complete
Communication
- Carry out Pre-start mtgs or delegate as necessary, Facilitate Design mtgs with customers as required.
- Facilitate Internal Stakeholder meetings as/when required specific projects, including clear agendas and follow up notes/actions.
- Be the primary point of contact for the customer and clarify delegated communications when necessary.
Risk Management & Documentation
- Promote teams/subcontractors to deliver on value proposition and ultimately provide a professional reliable solution.
- Work closely with design team as early as possible on each project to understand design constraints/risks and options and instigate mitigation plans.
- Work very closely with our site team leadership as early as possible on each project to understand installation constraints/risks and options and instigate mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely completion of Design RA s, RAMS and O&Ms.
- Ensure all installation completion and quality certificates are followed up and documented against projects.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure that installation s health and safety responsibilities, as outlined in the company s health & safety policy, are carried out.
Team/Strategy
- Ensure all stakeholders are clear, and in agreement with, roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate holiday requests for direct reports
- Leading Quarterly strategy goal setting and management of execution of the same where appropriate for the category of projects under your control.
Core Competencies
- Contractual knowledge ability to execute on both NEC and JCT contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen and advanced understanding of construction finance processes and requirements.
- Able to teach, train, upskill and guide others within the business within your field of expertise, potentially extending this to external forums where required/applicable.
- Prepared to travel nationally, regularly, involving some overnight stays.
Qualifications
- SMSTS or IOSH qualifications
- Advanced Project Management qualifications. For example, Prince2 or PMP etc
- Desirable - Degree qualified and chartered or equivalent professional qualification where possible
Experience
- 15 years of direct construction related experience.
- 8 years experience in management of projects in the construction & refurb sectors
- 3 years experience in working with architectural/fit-out construction products.

The role will include other admin tasks as required, and develop to include supplier payments, bank reconciliations and other tasks in support of the accounts team.
Credit control is a key part of this role, and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven experience and aptitude in this area.
