Lloyds Bank's Sandbach branch closes on Monday (December 5th) after the bank says visits have fallen "dramatically" in the last five years.

The bank says visits to the branch in Hightown have fallen by 69 per cent since 2017.

Lloyds say 83 per cent of its personal customers already use other ways of banking such as over the phone or internet banking.

The spokesperson said the Sandbach branch will closes its doors for the final time on Monday at the end of the working day.
