EE customers in parts of Sandbach have hit by problems over the last two days.

EE mobile phone users in Sandbach have been hit again by maintenance work being carried out on a mast in the town.

Maintenance work began yesterday (Thursday) and is due to finish at 4 pm today.

The mast is on top of Sandbach High School and Sixth form College.

In August, an old antenna on top of Sandbach High School and Sixth Form College in Middlewich Road was removed and upgraded to improve network coverage in the town.

Mobile phone users were unable to make or receive calls unless using Wifi.

An EE spokesperson said: "The outage is due to maintenance work on the mast."
