Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, database searches, and direct headhunting techniques.

• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback, negotiate offers, and oversee onboarding.
• Develop a strong understanding of engineering disciplines, market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales, placement, and lead targets.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM systems and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and company processes.
• Represent the business professionally at industry events, career fairs, and client meetings where required.
• Work collaboratively with international colleagues and partners to support global recruitment campaigns.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or account management.

Digital marketing executive

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our central Head Office Marketing team, supporting our dealership network and head office functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketer with a passion for cars and digital content. While the role supports a broad range of digital marketing activity, there is a strong focus on creating engaging video and social media content that brings our brands, dealerships and vehicles to life.
You'll be confident both behind and in front of the camera, producing compelling long and short-form content that helps grow our online presence, supports SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and drives engagement across our digital channels.
Our marketing department is a fast-paced, collaborative team where multiple campaigns are delivered simultaneously. Working closely with our Digital team and wider Marketing colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating content that supports our dealerships, customers and business objectives.

• Create engaging long and short-form video content for social media, websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Be comfortable presenting on camera, showcasing our vehicles, dealerships, products and people in an authentic and engaging way.
• Plan, film, edit and publish content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Create written and visual content for our websites and blogs to support SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Liaise with agency partners to develop creative content, artwork and website improvements.
• Support the implementation of technical SEO improvements across our websites.
• Optimise YouTube content to maximise visibility, engagement and search performance.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and organic search visibility.

Essential
• Experience in a digital marketing or content creation role.
• A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Confident and comfortable presenting on camera.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
• Experience filming and editing video content for social media.
