Police appeal for dashcam footage and witnesses following collision in Wheelock

Police investigating a collision in Wheelock are appealing for any witnesses or those with dashcam footage to get in touch. 

Yesterday (Wednesday, May 15th), police were called following reports of a collision on the A534 Wheelock Bypass near to the Wheelock roundabout. 

The collision occurred at around 4.20pm and involved a silver Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian, who suffered minor injuries. The driver stopped at the scene. 

Officers would now like anyone who may have witnessed what happened to contact them. 

PC Daniels said: "This collision occurred at a busy time of day, so we are urging anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch with us. 

"We are also appealing to those who may have dashcam footage of what happened."
