Police car overturns during a collision in Elworth, Sandbach

A police car flipped on its head during a collision in Sandbach last night. 

Police were called to reports of a collision on Middlewich Road at 10.24 pm yesterday (Wednesday) at the junction of School Lane in Elworth, Sandbach. 

Bystanders reported that the road was partialy closed during the incident. (Photo: Paula Glassey)

A police spokesperson said: "Officers attended and found the incident involved a grey Audi A3 and a police car which had overturned. 

 "There were no reports of any injures and no arrests were made."
