Popular Crewe family business wins coveted UK Jewellery Award

Winners of the nationally recognised UK Jewellery Awards 2022 have been revealed at a prestigious London hotel - with a Crewe family business coming out triumphant.
John Pass Jewellers, Nantwich Road, won the Retail Sales Team of the Year category.
This award was presented to the third-generation family jewellers at The Hilton London Metropole hotel on Thursday (September 1).
John Pass has been established in Crewe for over 76 years - its original store.
The jewellers and watch stockist has also had a store in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, since 2013.
Marking its 30th anniversary this year, the UK Jewellery Awards was organised by leading jewellery and watch industry title Retail Jeweller.
It is the country's longest running and most prestigious trade awards event - dating back to 1992.
The awards aim to recognise the achievements of those working in the jewellery and watch sectors.
It was praised by the UK Jewellery Awards' expert judging panel for a creating a team spirit that other businesses would be proud to emulate.
With 21 targeted categories, the awards cover every aspect of the industry, from jewellery design and ethical business practice through to customer service and successful retailing.
The UK Jewellery Awards is the most admired and relevant awards event in the jewellery and watch industry and provide trade recognition and unrivalled networking opportunities.
Ruth Faulkner, editor, retail jeweller, said: "This year's UK Jewellery Awards saw the event mark its 30th anniversary, giving all of our finalists and winners and additional reason to celebrate.
"We received a record number of entries for this year's event and our judging panel had an incredibly difficult task deciding on the eventual winners.
