Popular Sandbach restaurant set to complete £1 million reburbishment of new building by September

A popular Sandbach restaurant has revealed it is spending £1 million rerurbishing the former Saxon Grill into bigger premises.
Raffaele, owned by Alessio Serra and Salvo Capasso, is taking over the former Crown Hotel in the Market Square, Sandbach.

The popular restaurant, currently based in Hightown, is locating to bigger premises so it can serve more customers, better cater for functions and continue to flourish.
The move will allow the business to grow and will offer expanded dining options in the newly renovated and extended building.
They say the £1m refurbishment will be completed by September.

"We're working hard to provide a unique setting for the restaurant to grow and continue to serve our loyal customers." said a spokesperson.
The new premises will feature formal and casual dining areas, dual aspect fireplace, and large veranda extension with a glazed elevation leading to an outside courtyard dining area, offering flexible and al fresco dining options year-round.
The upper floor will accommodate a private dining and function room suite.
"We will continue our relaxed modern bistro-style with an emphasis on quality food offerings combined with our friendly customer service," they added. The restaurant will be recruiting additional staff to reinforce the Raffaele team.
An updated menu will feature favourite dishes together with new and exciting options, all accompanied by a 100-strong wine list featuring Italian organic wines and freshly blended barista coffee will be served.
