A much-loved Sandbach cafe has reopened after a six week closure due to a water leak from the flat above.
Sally's cafe in Green Street reopened today, the traditional Thursday market day for the town, with queues of customers waiting to get in when it opened at 8 am.
Cafe owner, Beverly Parkin, said: "First of all, we want to say a huge sorry for the long delay and thank you to every single one of you for your patience, support and understanding.
Unfortunately, the delay was out of our hands, but we're so grateful you've stuck with us!
"We haven't been sitting around! We've been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready, and we can't wait to welcome you all back through our doors.
We've missed you, we've missed the chats, and we've definitely missed serving you all your favourites. Thanks to every single one of our customers. We're so glad we're back open again!"
