Road temporarily closed following two-vehicle accident near Sandbach

A road near Sandbach was temporarily closed following a two-vehicle accident. 

One fire engine from Sandbach and another from Crewe went to the incident in Clay Lane, Moston yesterday (Saturday) at 8.33 am.   

A Cheshire fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Two casualties were assessed by firefighters before they were handed to the care of paramedics.  

"Both vehicles were made safe by crews. Police attended and closed the road while the incident was dealt with."
