Spring is in the air and Easter is just around the corner but for one Sandbach coffee house, it's already here!
The House in Congleton Road is repeating its recipe for success for Easter – a cream egg brownie!
Chocolate treats are everyone's favourite and Alex Demain, who co-owns the popular eaterie, has combined the hit snack again with cream eggs.

"We sold these last year and they literally flew out the door," says Alex, a keen baker.
"They're indulgent and sum up Easter – cream eggs! We always have a seasonal bake and this was so popular last year, we're repeating it."
The House also recently sold the filo pastry favourite, Baklava, in aid of the Turkish/Syria earthquake appeal, raising around £100 for DEC, the Disasters Emergency Committee.
