A local estate agent has scooped a regional prize recognising its consistently high customer service levels.

Stephenson Browne, based in High Street, Sandbach, has received The British Property Lettings Award (Gold Standard) as best in the North West region.

The branch, which has been in the town since 2008, has been a cornerstone for buying and selling properties in and around the CW11 postcode ever since.

Only agents who go the extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the prestigious accolade.

And now the local branch has collected the prize for the best in postcode for landlords and tenants.

Jenny Williams, Sandbach and Crewe lettings manager said: "Working within the lettings industry carries a real responsibility to ensure both our landlords and our tenants are well looked after at all times.

"To win such awards goes to show the commitment each and every member of our team makes every day by giving A1 service.

"Who doesn't like to hear when they have done well? The awards we win are not throw away awards.

"They take some earning, and we will certainly never tire of winning, just like we will never tire of aiming for the best in the business."

Craig Whitney, sales director said: "I couldn't be prouder of the Stephenson Browne team this year, whether it be office growth in terms of market share, or increasing our managed lettings portfolio, a lot of what we achieve is largely down to word of mouth in the service we provide.

"I must thank all our clients for the feedback we receive, and for that feedback to then be recognised in the array of awards the offices picked up in 2023 is humbling.

"We go again this year and look forward to continuing to strive to be the best in the business."

Located on the High Street with both sales and lettings offices, the branch is a central part of the Sandbach community.

Staff pride themselves on being a truly independent estate agent that offers a bespoke service for properties of all types.

Belle Smith - Sandbach branch manager said: "Since officially taking over the branch in July, we as a team have grown the branch and watched it go from strength to strength.

"I am so proud of my team and what we have achieved in 2023 and cannot wait to see what 2024 has in store for us. Watch this space!"
