A heavy downpour didn't stop around 50 people turning out to a charity event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support today.

Tea, coffee and toasted tea cakes were on offer at New Horizons at the United Methodist Church in the church hall in Wheelock.

A raffle and a cake and bake display will help raise between £150 and £200 for the World's Biggest Coffee Morning.
