Patients attending Sandbach's Ashfields Primary Care Centre are being reminded they still need to wear masks and social distancing rules will still apply.

They say: "Although the Government has confirmed the lifting of restrictions from today, Ashfields PCC will NOT be changing its policy on wearing masks, and will continue to keep social distancing in the waiting area.

"You will still be required to wear a mask to enter the surgery. Please bear in mind the surgery has to protect vulnerable patients and our staff. It is also very important to remember that the pandemic has not ended."
