The Co-op has designed a spectacular Mother's Day card which is made from seeded paper and free for customers to pick up in selected stores.

All you need to do is pick up your seed card and follow the instructions on the inside.

You can make a flower from the seeded paper, plant the excess cuttings and mark its place by placing your handmade flower on top, sprinkle some water and a whole lot of love, and your seedlings will soon blossom into something special.

Shoppers can now get the Mother's Day seed card kit from hundreds of Co-op stores, including the Middlewich Road and Congleton Road stores in Sandbach, and 89 Co-op Funeralcare centres.

Don't forget to take photos of your blossoming seedlings and planting activities and share them with @Coopuk on social media.

They're even giving away free seed packs to spread the love for mum even further. You can order yours here: here.

Once you've planted your seeds, why not see what else is going on in your Co-op community here.
