The Sandbach Makers Market, taking place tomorrow (8 May) on the Cobbles, has been delayed due to bad weather.

Recent weather forecasts have stated strong winds and the possibility of rain in the morning.

After liaising with the local council and traders, the organisers have decided to delay the opening of the market by two hours.

This delay will hopefully give time for the winds to dwindle down and avoid any safety risks for both the traders and public attending the market.

Now opening at 12pm till 4pm, the market boasts a stunning variety of over 70 traders who will be showcasing wares and products for everyone member of the family, from scotch eggs to eco friendly cards.
