The rain kept off and the weather was kind bringing some blue skies to the annual event in Sandbach Park last night (Saturday).

The town's world-famous Foden's Band blasted out an array of music from Rainy Days and Mondays to Jerusalem and Elgar's Pomp and Circumstance Number One.

The sky was lit up with a 'low noise' fireworks finale. Earlier in the evening, Sandbach School's Big Band had delighted the audience with another amazing performance.
