A Sandbach party business is marking its first birthday by doing what it does best – putting on a display!

It's a year since Sandbach Party Supplies opened a shop in Welles Street, Sandbach.

And to mark the occasion, owners, Stacey Rowley and Judy Henson have put a light up one in the window – loaned by another Sandbach business, Horizon Event Hire.

"We're so busy and we've got a lot of repeat business. People are spending more on parties coming out of Covid," said Judy.

The business is two years' old but the duo didn't move into premises until last year.

Sandbach Nub News told here https://sandbach.nub.news/news/local-news/lifes-one-long-party-in-as-partners-open-shop-with-plenty-of-sparkle how the partners launched Sandbach Party Supplies after Judy lost her job with a sports company in Manchester during COVID.

Both had always loved giving children's parties and helping others organise and run parties due to the "feel-good" factor parties provide.

They said of their first birthday on Social Media: "A whole year of seasons, balloons, celebrations and lots of new customers, we couldn't be more grateful for the ongoing support.

"We're glad to have worked alongside so many local businesses this last year too and really have come to understand the value of 'shopping local'.

"Not only from a business perspective, but on a personal level, we now actively try to use local suppliers where possible

"What does the next year bring us? Well, of course we want to keep growing, but we also want to learn and improve on things we've done already and keep bringing the same, if not higher level of service as always.

Sandbach Nub News wishes Stacey and Judy all the best for the next year.
