A Sandbach business owner is starting the New Year by expanding into another town and creating around 10 jobs.

Forward-thinking Louise Metcalfe opened the popular Miola in Lodge Road near Abbey Road in Sandbach around 10 years ago.

And now she is taking her popular brand of interiors, gifts, gardening, ladies fashion and coffee shop into Holmes Chapel.

She said: "We opened in Sandbach during the recession and we're opening in Holmes Chapel during the pandemic.

"We're all very excited about the new business and looking forward to opening in Holmes Chapel."

The Holmes Chapel premises will also have a licensed coffee lounge and offer cocktail-making sessions.

Louise added: "Work will start on the alterations in January and we hope to be opening our doors in Holmes Chapel in March 2022."
