Another Sandbach pub is getting a makeover! 

The historic Old Hall, dating back to 1656, is set to undergo a refurbishment next month (October). 

It will be closed from Monday, 7th October until Thursday, 17th October while it is 'spruced' up. 

The pub, a Grade 1 listed building, was built in 1656 on the site of a previous manor house which was extended. 

Brunning and Price bought it in 2010, restored it and it was reopened by the pub group in 2011.  

Brunning and Price said: "On Sunday, 6th October we will be closing the pub a little bit earlier than usual with food stopping at 7.00pm. 

"We will then be closed from Monday 7th October until Thursday 17th October and then reopening Friday 18th."
