Thursday, 6 February

Need to get fit and have some fun? Beginners Strictly Dance Fit class starts at Sandbach Cricket Club in Hind Heath Road from 11 am - 12 noon. Background to the classes is detailed here

It's Shrek the Musical at Sandbach High School and Sixth Form College in Middlewich Road. Tickets £8 and concessions £6.

Meanwhile the Six Nations Champinship starts with various locations across the town showing games until it finishes on 14 March.

Friday, 7 February

It's coffee and company at the Elworth church hall this morning from 9 am until 11.30 am . As well as their usual bacon or egg rolls, there will also be a selection of delicious cakes. All welcome!

Fancy some local shopping? Sandbach Market Hall is open so it's a chance to pick up some New Year bargains!

It's Andrea's AMMF Army charity Crazy bingo night at Sandbach rugby club in Bradwall Road. Tickets are £20 which includes three games of bingo, cheese board and disco. Always a fun night!

Saturday, 7 February

It's the first Rode Hall farmers' market of the year from 9 am until 1.30 pm at Scholar Green with lots of stalls and delicious food. The Snowdrop Farmers' market also coincides with the snowdrop walks as detailed here.

At Sandbach library, there's a free drop-in event at 11 am to meet the author of The Mango and Marmalade stories - a collection of heart warming tales that help children explore and celebrate different cultures and traditions.

Sandbach United Football Club are at home to Haughmond with a 3 pm kick-off.

Sunday, 8 February

At The Lion it's Pete G and his Krazee Karaoke at 7 pm.
