A long-standing member of Stephenson Browne's award-winning Sandbach office has notched up 17 years of service with the company.

Goostrey-born Alison Southern, a senior property consultant at the High Street branch, was presented with flowers and chocolates as a thank you for her on-going work with the company

Alison, a mother-of-two, joined Stephenson Browne in 2008 and knows the Sandbach housing market inside out. She lives in the town and has seen many changes since first joining the business

"I love my job and sharing my local knowledge with customers who come back time and time again, We're known as a friendly office," said Alison.

"It's great to see Sandbach thriving. We're a friendly office and we get a lot of returning customers. The housing market is vibrant and busy here which we love."

Stephenson Browne's Sandbach branch was voted the best for selling homes across the CW11 postcode earlier this year.

The branch, based in High Street, was the number one agent in the CW11 postcode for sales agreed - for the third year running!

Figures showed that for 2025, 98.8 per cent of the asking price was achieved on properties, 86.9 per cent of properties viewed received an offer and the total value of completed property was £39 million.

Stephenson Browne's Sandbach offices opened in High Street in 2008 and has been a cornerstone for buying and selling properties in and around the CW11 postcode ever since. It deals with both sales and lettings.
