Saturday, 17 January
Do you have something which needs repairing? It's the first Repair Cafe Sandbach of 2026. Held at St Peters' Church Hall, Elworth with parking and disabled access, the event takes place from 11 am until 2 pm.
This session they will be supporting the #Tubs2Pubs campaign by acting as a collection point for sweet tub recycling, bring them along on the day and we will take care of the rest (you can read more about this campaign here: Tub2Pub | Greene King for Good).
It's also an opportunity to meet new people and you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and/or home bake.
Repairs are free of charge (unless parts are required) and completed on 'best effort' basis. We are happy to accept monetary donations for a job well done.
Repair Cafe Sandbach is operated by Sandbach Partnership.
The Wheatsheaf in Sandbach reopens at 12 noon after a makeover. The gastro pub is celebrating its 10th birthday this year as Sandbach Nub News revealed in our story here

Fancy some live music? The Lion in Sandbach has Northern Funk House playing Music at 9pm playing have hits from Queen, Prince, Earth Wind and Fire, K-Klass, Swedish House Mafia, Chapell Roan, Madonna and more. The Lion is in High Street, Sandbach.
