Thursday, 23 April
Need to get fit and have some fun? Beginners Strictly Dance Fit class starts at Sandbach Cricket Club in Hind Heath Road from 11 am - 12 noon. Background to the classes is detailed here

Like flexing your brain? The Cheshire Cheese in Wheelock which recently reopened with new faces behind the bar has its weekly quiz night. Don't miss it!

Friday, 24 April
It's coffee and company at the Elworth church hall this morning from 9 am until 11.30 am. As well as their usual bacon or egg rolls, there will also be a selection of delicious cakes. All welcome!

Sandbach Art Club's three day exhibition at the Masonic Hall opens at 11 am and is open until 4 pm and then again on Saturday and Sunday 10 am until 4 pm.

Fancy some local shopping? Sandbach Market Hall is open so it's a chance to pick up some bargains!

Bailey & McHugh are at The Market Tavern at 8 pm.

Saturday, 25 April
Calling all serving armed forces members and veterans! It's the monthly Sandbach Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club at the Military Arms in Congleton Road. Full breakfast, brew and banter before heading to the Transport Festival. Banter starts at 9.30 am and breakfast at 10 am. Order your large or small breakfast on their Facebook page or with the Military Arms.

The two-day Sandbach Transport Festival opens with various events taking place including a children's fairground in Sandbach Park and live music on the main stage on The Cobbles as detailed on the poster below and revealed in our story here

Sunday, 26 April
It's day two of Sandbach Transport Festival with classic vehicles on show, a chance to catch the world-famous Foden's Band on the main stage and the legendary exit parade at 4 pm with the parade of vehicles in the High Street.

At The Lion it's Pete G and his Krazee Karaoke at 7 pm.
