A local care manager has been honoured with two prestigious awards for her dedication to supporting families across South Cheshire.

Tina Malam, who works at Right at Home South Cheshire, was honoured with the Care Leader of the Year title at the 2026 Celebration Awards, held at Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire.

The annual awards ceremony honours the achievements of franchise teams from across the Right at Home UK network, a national homecare provider made up of over 80 local offices.

Tina joined Right at Home South Cheshire as Registered Manager just over a year ago, before progressing to her current position as Head of Care.

She impressed the judges with her drive to reach new heights in her career and support her team, through regular training and recognition, to make a meaningful difference in the community.

Less than a week after the Celebration Awards, Tina celebrated another success at the Partners In Care awards at Shrewsbury Football Club.

She was named Registered Manager of the Year, recognising her contribution to the care sector and her leadership at Right at Home South Cheshire.

Commenting on her achievements, Tina said: "I'm absolutely delighted to be recognised as both Care Leader of the Year and Registered Manager of the Year. It's a huge honour, and one that I'm incredibly proud of.

"For me, care has always been about people, and I couldn't do what I do without the amazing people around me. I'm so grateful to our incredible team for their hard work, support and commitment every day.

"I'd also like to thank our clients and their families, who are at the heart of everything we do and are the reason I love what I do."
