Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

Friday, May 31st

An exhibition of floral art from the Cheshire Artists Network is on until June 15th every weekend Fridays until Sundays 10 am - 4 pm at Hill Farm, Mill Lane, Moston - link in our What's On section here and our story here about the event.

Don't forget it's Happy Hour at the Swan & Chequers from 5 pm - 7 pm and there's 30 per cent off 'Dirty Fries' plus a fabulous menu to tempt your tastebuds!

Do you like Italian food? SiSi Italian, which launched recently, see our story here, has its weekly slot at Sandbach Cricket Club in Hind Heath Road from 5 pm until 8 pm.

Saturday, June 1st

It's the Day of Dance and Sandbach will be full of Morris dancers. Dancing starts at 10.15am in four locations around the town - Market Hall, Town Hall, the Cobbles/Market Square and the Old Hall. It should be a great day - don't miss out! More details are in this story here

Rode Hall at Scholar Green has its summer market from 9 am until 1.30 pm with a large selection of stalls including Owl Farm Cheshire and Little Polish Treats. Market gardener John Jones will be there with seasonal vegetables and Chris Steel returns with his homegrown herbs. The craft barn will have a selection of leather, jewellery, art, felt animals and rugs ad there will be live music from Dan Toft Music UK and the courtyard kitchen will be open for breakfast, brunches and homemade cakes.

Sunday, June 2nd

The Swan & Chequers has the five-piece jazz band, 'John's Bebop Band' playing from 4 pm. The Manchester jazz musicians are visiting Sandbach - don't miss them!
