Thursday, July 11th

Alsager Community Theatre has its opening night at Little Moreton Hall near Sandbach with 'Romeo and Juliet' - an immersive open air theatre experience.

Travel back in time to watch Romeo and Juliet to life on 11th, 12th, 13th July and 18th,19th and 20th July. Take a picnic to enjoy on the lawn before curtains up! Tickets also include a complimentary drink on arrival available here or by calling 0333 666 3366.

Friday, July 12th

It's the Swan & Chequers' happy hour from 5 pm - 7 pm and there's 30 per cent off 'Dirty Fries'.

Shakespeare's Rome and Juliet is on at Little Moreton Hall as detailed above.

Saturday, July 13th

It's Sandbach Makers Market from 10 am until 3 pm on the Cobbles with free children's crafting and live music from the talented Maisie. An array of stalls to browse an d look for new treats and finds.

The Friends of Sandbach Cemetery have their July working party. Refreshments provided as are gardening tools. Laughter guaranteed! Starts at 10 am. Everyone welcome.

It's Sandbach's 'Party in the Park' - picnics, pomp and pleasure in Sandbach Park in the town centre. It features Sandbach School big Band and Foden's Band plus a fireworks Last Night of the Proms' style sing-a-long finale. Gates open at 5 pm.

Tickets are available online at https://sandbach.gov.uk/event/party-in-the-park-2024/, wristbands can also be purchased directly from our offices in either the Sandbach Town Hall or the Enterprise Centre (Wesley Avenue, CW11 1DG),

Online ticket holders will be given a wristband on the gate, but are welcome to collect their wristband from either of our offices prior to the event. All under 16's, accompanied by a paying adult, will be provided with a FREE wristband.

If you would rather have theatre, Shakespeare's Rome and Juliet is on at Little Moreton Hall as detailed above.

Sunday, July 14th

Fancy winding down after a busy weekend? It's The Swan & Chequers weekly Sunday night starting at 7 pm. Go along and join in!

It's also the big match - England face Spain in the final lof the Euros. The Swan & Chequers will be showing it along with many other pubs. Where will you be watching it?
