A Sandbach estate agent has found herself behind the camera again filming for the hit BBC One property auction series, 'Homes Under the Hammer'.

Stephenson Browne's Sandbach branch manager, Belle Smith, is usually out valuing properties or talking to sellers and buyers.

Last week, however, she was drafted in to do some filming for a property for the TV show. The property in Welland Close, Sandbach has been sold in an on-line auction and Belle took part in the 'before' part of the filming.

Belle is based at the High Street branch of Stephenson Browne and has done quite a bit of filming for 'Homes Under the Hammer'.

She told Sandbach Nub News: "They do a before and after so they will come back to me for the next part when work has been done.

"It's an end terrace which was sold earlier this month. It's a fun to do and I've done several of these. I don't know when it's being shown but there's the other part of the filming still to do."

Belle will be going back to do more filming once the property has been renovated when she will then be asked to value it and talk about the changes.

"It is quite exciting doing the filming and I'm looking forward to going back and seeing the finished version," she said.
