A family-owned Alsager hotel is getting ready to on open the doors to an exciting new addition – a luxurious country spa garden.

The Manor House Hotel has spent around £1.7 million adding an amazing new addition to its popular leisure facilities.

Jess Mellors and her brother have added an amazing new addition to the hotel.

A hydrotherapy pool, a vitality pool, summer house and a potting shed sauna are just some of the top-of-the-range things included in the project.

And customers will be able to "dip their toes" in the new English garden experience when it officially opens on Thursday (August 18th).

Jess Mellors, who owns the hotel with brother, Jack Middleton, says the new spa experience is aimed at spa goers 'getting away from it all'.

"We've worked hard on the project and we're excited and pleased with the results. We came up with the ideas ourselves and we're thrilled with the result," said Jess.

"It's become more of a necessity to look after yourself and make time for yourself in today's busy world and the English country spa garden is the perfect place."

The hotel's English country spa garden capitalises on the hotel's setting amongst rolling countryside, offering idyllic scenery.

Social Media information describes it as "a place to relax and rest in absolute luxury all year round".

Alsager Nub News was treated to a whistle stop tour around the exciting new garden spa as it prepares to open later this week.

Seating areas are set out around the garden, some offering quiet spaces in secluded spaces for complete tranquillity.

There's a "panoramic laconium", cold water showers and a potting shed herbal sauna and a hydrotherapy pool.

A pool house is also being built, due to open in October, which will serve drinks and refreshments.
