For Jenny, who moved to the town 25 years ago, had always wanted to own a tea shop from the age of 13.

"This building came up and I just took the plunge. I didn't get into catering until I was in my 40s but I love it.

"I'd always wanted to own a tea shop right from the age of 13 but I had a career in banking before this.

"I have some wonderful customers and I love it. We've survived Covid and energy and price rises."

Jenny added: "We're still here and trying very hard to continue to provide homemade, good quality, tasty food and a warm welcome.

"We're somewhere where people love to come and chat, or feel comfortable visiting on their own. We love that!

"We couldn't do it without the support of all our lovely customers, so thank you to everyone that visits our small business."
