Good luck to the team from Sandbach's Old Hall who are climbing Snowdon for charity today (Tuesday).

Deputy manager, Charlie Miller, chef, Richard Cooper and waitress Grace Henderson, are taking part in Brunning and Price's 'Snowdon 6' challenge.

The three set off at 4 am and are joining around 50 others from Brunning and Price to do the challenge which consists of six different routes up Snowdon, 3,000 metres of climbing and a total of 24 miles in one day.

They are doing the challenge for the Burnt Chef Project, whose slogan is 'Not all heroes wear capes, some work in hospitality'. The charity offers mental health support for the UK hospitality trade.

Sandbach Nub News wishes them a fantastic day up Snowdon.
