The other half of the former Lloyds Bank building in Sandbach town centre which sold at auction in June with a guide price of £80,000 is to be turned into a house pending planning approval.
The building, 10 Hightown, had previously formed part of the old bank premises, and has a square footage of 1020 - the ground floor being 747 sq.ft, the first floor 273 sq.ft with an overall floor space of 1,020 sq.ft
The building, 10 Hightown, which previously formed part of the former Lloyds Bank premises, had been listed with a guide price of £80,000 and sold for that amount.
The sale follows the redevelopment of the neighbouring property at 12 Hightown, where Hampton Dental Care Limited has opened a new dental practice.
