Dave Poole is the Conservative candidate.

He told Sandbach Nub News: "Having lived in and around Sandbach all my life, it's time for me to put something back in.

"My family have lived in the area since the early 1940s. I believe that Sandbach is already a safe and welcoming community and I hope I have always been proud to consider Sandbach my home.

"I own local businesses, one being a vehicle breakdown and recovery company, and the other pioneering the fast recharge of electric vehicles stranded on the side of the road.

"If elected, I can guarantee I can give full commitment to the residents of Elworth ward and make sure their voices are heard at Sandbach town council meetings…"
