Business is booming for medical aesthetics firm KAST, which has moved into new premises in Sandbach town centre.

Trained nurse prescriber, Amy Bird, had been looking to move her successful business from Wheelock into the centre of Sandbach.

Amy wanted an older property and when part of the former Royal Bank of Scotland premises in Bradwall Road came up, it was the perfect location.

And just like the work which Amy and her skilled team carry out on their clients, the building has been given the 'KAST' touch – a beautiful finish.

Sumptuous surroundings and a polished and clean furnish greet clients coming to the fast-growing business.

"I always wanted to be in an older building and when this came up it was perfect," said Amy.

"It's in a great location and easy to get to for clients and has a car park. We're very pleased with the new premises."

Sandbach born and bred Amy, whose family owned a bridal shop in the town, set up KAST five years ago.

Since moving to the new town centre premises, Amy has seen her client base grow even more.

Customers some from all over the North West and some, who live abroad, visit her when they are back in the UK.

"We take a holistic approach to what we do and everything is carried out within strict guidelines," says Amy.

"There is no harm in wanting to feel better about your appearance."

Treatments are carried out for a range of things from acne to Bell's Palsy, sweating and skin health to name a few.

"There has been a huge rise in treatments from a mental health point of view but we're very careful," said Amy.

Amy is passionate about young people making the right decisions and ensuring treatment is carried out safely.

"I would love to go back to my old school and talk to about safe treatments. Safety is so important," she said.

KAST prides itself on its holistic patient centric approach to medical aesthetics, health and wellbeing.

In their own words "We don't change beauty, rather enhance it, with clinical excellence, patient care, transparency and safety at the forefront of all we do".

And so successful is the KAST formula, that Amy has a list of new areas she wants to explore plus plans to open a training centre.

"It was always my intention to be in the town centre and this is going to be our home for a very long time," she said.
