Wanted man arrested after 27-years on the run remanded in custody

Richard Burrows appeared at Chester Crown Court earlier today (Tuesday 2nd April) where he was remanded in custody
The 80-year-old is next set to appear at Chester on Friday, 21st June.
The charges relate to the alleged historic sexual abuse of children.
The Cheshire offences are alleged to have taken place between 1969 and 1971 and the offences in the West Midlands alleged to have happened between 1971 and 1981.
