Here are our top event picks for the coming days: Thursday, March 31st The Saxon Players have their opening night of Hannah's Left Hook at the Masonic Hall in Sandbach. The play starts at 7.30 pm and tickets, costing £10 are available here Saturday April 2nd A beautiful Spring farmers market with over 70 indoor and outdoor artisan food and craft stalls takes place at Rode Hall, Scholar Green from 9 am until 1.30 pm. Live entertainment, the Courtyard kitchen serving homemade cakes, soups, sausage, bacon baps, teas and coffees and the spring gardens open too. In Sandbach, there's live rugby with Sandbach RUFC's 1st XV at home against Broadstreet along with the 3s who face Heaton Moor at home in Bradwall Road. Kick-off is 3pm for both matches. In the evening, the Military Arms in Congleton Road has Sister Street Food at 7.30 pm serving a three course meal for £15 accompanied by rice and prawn crackers.
