It's a fun weekend in Sandbach with an afternoon tea event, church under the stars, live music and a church breakfast.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

Saturday, July 16th   

The Military Arms pub in Congleton Road, Sandbach has an afternoon tea event with Morrey's Medley's. Booking is required.

Ettiley Heath's Church4All has an interesting event –Church Under the Stars. The church is running a Forest Church all weekend.

Families are camping, taking part in a willow weaving workshop, planting and a BBQ. Should be a fun event.        

In the evening, The Lion in High Street, Sandbach has Squirrelkickers live from 9.30 pm.

Sunday, July 17th    

If running is more your thing,  Sandbach Striders is a running club for all abilities based out of Sandbach Rugby Club on Bradwall Road.

They meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights and Sundays at 9.30 am the latter for a 'long slow run' to be confirmed.

New Horizons church in Wheelock, part of Unity Methodist Church, has a family breakfast starting at 9.30 am.
