It's a Bank Holiday weekend and there's lots happening – charity music night, Bradwall Manor Horse Trials, Sandbach United play-off finals and live music.

Friday, April 28st 

It's Sandbach Mayor's big charity fundraising night at Sandbach Cricket Club featuring live music from Hello Felix.

The event will raise funds for Sandbach Animal Rescue Society and Cheshire Arts for Health based at Sandbach Art Room.

Tickets available from Sandbach Animal Rescue Society's shop in George's Walk or Cheshire Arts for Health in Bradwall Road.

Saturday, April 29th

Fancy watching some football? Sandbach United aka The Ramblers have a massive match today – the final of the play-offs. United are at home to Cheadle Town with a 3pm kick-off. Last Saturday's 3 – 1 win against against Brocton was a great match and the play-off final is guaranteed to be even better. Show your support!

Rode Hall's Bluebell Walks start on (Saturday 29th April) and run until 7th May 10-4pm (closed only 2 May). Tickets can be bought online https://beyonk.com/uk/us1p9ige/bluebell-walks-rode-hall-gardens?portal=true and on the gate. The house is also open for guided tours on Monday 1 May and & Wednesday 3 May.

In the evening, Malkins Bank Golf Club in Betchton Road, Malkins Bank has 'Strum and Bass' playing their debut gig. No ticket is needed, just turn up before 7pm.
