What's On in Sandbach this weekend: Rock and pop festival, walking festival and coffee morning

Fancy waking up to a coffee? Aquarius Disability Swim Club is holding a coffee morning at Elworth Methodist Church coffee lounge in Station Road.

The event takes place from 10 am until 12 noon. All proceeds will go to club funds.

There will be raffle prize and bottle mystery parcels.

Sandbach Walking Festival 2022 starts today and the Mayor of Sandbach, Cllr Kathryn Flavell, will be opening the first walk on The Cobbles at 10.30 am for the Towns and Greens walk.

The day the town has been waiting for has arrived – Sandbach Rock & Pop Festival featuring 11 acts and two stages.

The event takes place at Sandbach RUFC in Bradwall Road and gates open at noon. There's UK Bjorn, a Lttile Mix tribute act plus the Coldplayer to name a few.  

Sunday, June 26th

If running is more your thing, Sandbach Striders is a running club for all abilities based out of Sandbach Rugby Club on Bradwall Road.

They meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights and Sundays at 9.30 am the latter for a 'long slow run' to be confirmed.

Meanwhile at Sandbach Town Hall there's a food and gift fair at 10:00 am at Sandbach indoor market.

The Gift & Craft fair takes place on the third Sunday of every month.

A selection of tasty treats, gift ideas and talented crafters, inside the historic Sandbach market.
