Sandbach Rugby Club are delighted to welcome back LooseHeadz, the rugby mental health charity, on 23rd August for a thrilling double header. 

Bradley Peace Memorial Cup – LooseHeadz Match

Sandbach Social XV vs LooseHeadz XV – Kick-off 1.30pm

Sandbach Women XV vs LooseHeadz Women XV – Kick-off 3pm

LooseHeadz aim to place a mental health lead in every rugby club around the world and help to tackle the stigma of mental health. 

This is the second Bradley Peace Memorial Cup, honouring Bradley's memory and raising vital awareness for mental health after he tragically took his life two years ago.

Last year's match was fiercely competitive — and this year we're going bigger. It's a double-header with the women's teams kicking off the day, followed by another high-energy clash on the main pitch.

Sandbach Women XV will start the day at 1.30pm with their fixture against LooseHeadz Women XV. This match will be the first game for a Sandbach women's team in over two decades, which will further add to the occasion. 

Expect a family-friendly day packed with action, bouncy castles for the kids, food, music, and most importantly — support for the amazing work LooseHeadz do in tackling mental health in rugby.

Let's break the stigma, raise our voices, and show that rugby stands together.
